To reach us via email, simply send us a note at support@shopocean.co. Please make sure to provide your email address and any other information which might be relevant!
In-App
While you're in the Ocean app, just select the Chat option in the top right-hand corner of the app (screenshot below) and we'll get back to you ASAP.
We're available from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. Rest assured that if you chat us and leave the app, we've received your message, and when we reply the response will automatically be sent to your email address as well! 😊
